Vanke's revenue declined 32% to CNY233.4 billion (USD33.9 billion), and its net loss widened 79% to CNY88.6 billion (USD12.9 billion) last year from 2024, due to high-cost land projects entering settlement, new inventory impairment provisions, and credit losses, the troubled Chinese property developer said in its latest earnings report yesterday.
