Patagonia’s Tmall flagship store has introduced a Planet Use Fee to discourage returns and exchanges that sparked heated discussion. The US outdoor sporting brand will charge a CNY15 (USD2.18) shipping fee for the first item plus a CNY5 (73 US cents) fee for each extra one from shoppers starting today, which will be refunded if the order is kept.
