TikTok reportedly plans to invest EUR1 billion (USD1.2 billion) to build its second data center in Finland in Lahti, with a potential total capacity of 128 MW, and it is scheduled for completion next year. The ByteDance-backed short video platform's first Finnish site in Kouvola is set to become operational by the end of this year.
