Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez visited Xiaomi's HQ in Beijing yesterday, testing the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, snapping a selfie with Chairman Lei Jun. Sánchez was also deeply curious about Xiaomi's EVs, asking about performance, battery range, and phone-car connectivity, then he test-rode the YU7 and praised its sky-screen display. Xiaomi has been Spain's top smartphone brand since the third quarter of 2020, with a 26% market share.
