JD.Com yesterday launched a robot care scheme, providing maintenance and repair services for humanoid, quadruped, and AI companion robots. The service, initially introduced in Beijing, covers basic repair, diagnostics, battery swap, appearance care, and recycling. It is expected to expand to over 50 major cities within three years.
