The output value of China’s satellite navigation industry surged 9.2% to CNY629 billion (USD91.9 billion) in 2025 from the previous year, according to a white paper released today. Nearly 1.4 billion smartphones in China were equipped with BeiDou positioning capabilities at the end of last year, accounting for about 98% of the total.
