China Railway Construction Corporation yesterday began construction of a major aviation engineering and maintenance complex in Dubai for Emirates, one of the world's largest projects of its kind, Xinhua reported. With an investment of over USD5 billion, the project covers about 1.1 million sqm and is scheduled for completion by mid-2030.
