China has dispatched 10,000 disaster relief items to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to support local emergency response and resettlement efforts after a 5.2-magnitude earthquake struck Liuzhou yesterday, Xinhua reported. Two people were confirmed dead, while a 91-year-old man was rescued, according to the local earthquake relief headquarters.
