Alibaba's Cainiao has announced the launch of an on-time delivery guarantee in the US and Germany. Local shoppers will now receive compensation if their cross-border shipments exceed the promised delivery times of 10 days and eight days, respectively. Cainiao previously introduced a similar five-day delivery guarantee for users in the UK.
