"The biggest opportunity is to invest in the ecosystem. Leading Chinese technology companies not only bring their products, but also their know-how by investing in talent and local manufacturing," Abdulaziz Alobaidli, director general of regulatory affairs at the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, said at #ADIF2026 today.
