The three Chinese astronauts of the Shenzhou-23 mission -- Zhu Yangzhu, Zhang Zhiyuan, and Li Jiaying -- have completed their first month aboard the Tiangong space station, according to a video released yesterday by the China Manned Space Agency. Among the highlights of life in orbit, the crew have revealed a new culinary milestone: freshly baked pumpkin prepared in a specially designed space oven. Equipped with a built-in range hood and an air purification system, the oven enables oil-smoke-free cooking in space.
