China has extended several unemployment insurance policies until the end of 2026 to help businesses retain jobs and encourage the hiring of young workers, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Firms and social organizations that hire recent college graduates or registered unemployed people aged 16 to 24 will receive an annual subsidy per new recruit.
