Chinese billionaire Zhong Shanshan, the controlling shareholder of Wantai BioPharm, has agreed to donate 33 million shares of the biotech company, worth about CNY927 million (USD138 million) based on today’s closing price, to an innovation lab foundation in China's Fujian province to support cutting-edge research in public health and biomedicine.
