The starting salaries for top algorithm-related jobs reached CNY27,000 (USD4,015) a month, as demand for AI talent increases, according to 51job’s latest report on insights into the AI talent market for 2027 graduate campus recruitment. Nearly 30% of the surveyed companies are recruiting AI talent through campus hiring, 57% of which have increased demand compared with last year.
