Chinese AI developer Z.AI, formerly known as Zhipu, launched its official flagship store on Alibaba's Tmall today, allowing users to buy API tokens and coding plan subscription packages. By packaging tokens as digital products, Z.AI leverages Tmall's massive user base, including 64 million 88VIP members, to tap into China's rapidly expanding token market, which IDC projects will surge nearly 20-fold this year.
