Typhoon Saudel, the 18th of this year, made its third landfall on the coast of China's eastern Fujian province today, with maximum sustained winds of 23 meters per second near its center, according to the local meteorological observatory. Saudel made landfall twice along the coast of Zhejiang province on Aug. 28.
