China's WeRide, the US' Uber Technologies and AVOMO, the autonomous vehicle arm of France's Moove Cars Group, today said they have secured Spain’s first national permit for Level 4 autonomous passenger vehicles to operate on public roads. The companies plan to launch the self-driving service in Spain by year-end.
