Alipay unveiled plans for an AI wallet agent at the 2026 Inclusion Conference on the Bund, marking a shift from simply facilitating transactions to making them trustworthy. Powered by Ant Group’s APASS trust infrastructure and Know Your Agent framework, it will verify agent identity, intent, authorization, and behavior. The agent will also support Vibe Pay, Skill Pay, and Machine Pay, along with new e-commerce scenarios.
