China's automotive production and sales reached 2.99 million and 2.96 million units last month, down 8.7% and 8.4%, respectively, from a year earlier, according to data from the MIIT. NEV production and sales grew 12.2% to 1.81 million units and 13.6% to 1.82 million units, respectively.
