China's finance ministry said it will issue CNY15.5 billion (USD2.3 billion) in treasury bonds in Hong Kong on Oct. 23, the fifth tranche of this year, bringing the total to CNY75 billion (USD11.2 billion). Some CNY84 billion (USD12.6 billion) in yuan-denominated sovereign bonds across six tranches are planned.
