Huayi Brothers' Chairman Wang Zhongjun received a warning letter from Zhejiang province’s securities regulator for rule violations. Wang, with an 11.5% shareholding, sold 328,700 shares for nearly CNY1 million 30 days before the release of its 2023 semiannual financial report.
