China’s Ningbo today confirmed it had suspended new vehicle applications for Didi Chuxing and another ride-hailing platforms in the city. Both vehicles and drivers need to have certificates, and the compliance rate of the two platforms was less than 99%, which they were asked to rectify in three months.
