Jack Ma warned Alibaba employees not to lose themselves under pressure and competition in an internal letter on the tech giant's 25th anniversary yesterday. Only a for-good firm striving to create real value for society can complete a 102-year journey, as Ma hopes Alibaba, which was founded in 1999, can survive and stretch over three centuries.
