Alibaba's Taobao joined the instant retail war by renaming its one-hour delivery service to ‘flash buy,’ Shanghai Observer reported. Flash buy, which is a joint effort of Taobao and its affiliate food delivery platform Ele.me, is available in 50 cities today and will expand nationwide on May 6.
