Troubled Chinese EV startup HiPhi has received a USD100 million capital injection from Lebanese EV maker EV Electra, 21st Century Business Herald reported today. Jihad Mohammad, the founder of EV Electra, will take over as the new legal representative of the company. HiPhi’s Yancheng factory is now preparing to resume production.
