Volkswagen said today that Robert Cisek will step in as CEO of China's Volkswagen China Passenger Cars segment and executive VP of the carmaker's country arm starting July 1, succeeding Stefan Mecha, who was appointed chairman of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
