Shan Guohong will resign from president of Japanese pharmaceutical giant Takeda and joint Chinese drugmaker BeiGene as chief commercial officer for China, succeeding Yin Min, who is being probed by regulators, several sources close to the matter told Yicai. Takeda China's VP Liu Yan was named acting president.
