Tesla's deliveries fell 13% to 384,122 vehicles in the second quarter from a year earlier, marking the second consecutive year-on-year quarterly decline, the US EV maker said today. Deliveries at Tesla's Shanghai factory rose 0.8% to 71,599 vehicles in June, the first growth for the factory in nine months.
