China's retail sales of new energy passenger vehicles soared 25% to 1.07 million units in June from a year earlier, marking it the second consecutive month above 1 million, according to preliminary data released yesterday by the China Passenger Car Association. In the first half, the figure jumped 32% to nearly 5.43 million units from the same period last year.
