The European Commission's planned tariffs on Chinese EVs counter the EU's climate ambitions by limiting access to affordable, zero-emission vehicles, CCCEU said on WeChat yesterday. Negotiations over EV price caps would hopefully lead to a mutually acceptable agreement and bring more certainty to bilateral and global trade, it added.
