Quacquarelli Symonds has released its 2026 ranking of the world’s 150 best student cities, with Chengdu making the list for the first time, ranking 146th. Other Chinese cities improved their positions, with Beijing, Shanghai, and Nanjing ranking 13th, 27th, and 69th, respectively.
