China has allocated CNY50 million (USD7 million) to assist relief efforts in China's northern Hebei province, which was affected by a severe flooding disaster, the NDRC said yesterday. The funds will be primarily used for post-disaster emergency recovery and the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities.
