China's retail sales of consumer goods rose 3.7% to CNY3.88 trillion (USD541 billion) in July from a year earlier, with those excluding autos jumping 4.3% to CNY3.49 trillion, the NBS said today. In the first seven months of the year, the figure rose 4.8% to CNY28.42 trillion (USD3.96 trillion) from the same period last year, with those excluding autos up 5.3%.
