Luxshare Precision Industry has filed for a secondary listing of shares in Hong Kong, with CITIC Securities, Goldman Sachs, and CICC as joint sponsors. The Shenzhen-listed Apple supplier aims to raise over USD1 billion, Bloomberg reported.
