China’s minister of science and technology, Yin Hejun, unveiled 15 key national laboratories affiliated with top global universities in Hong Kong yesterday, marking a major step toward enhancing scientific collaboration between the special administrative region and the Chinese mainland, Xinhua New Agency reported.
