Baidu is considering a second dim sum bond offering, aiming to raise CNY4 billion (USD559 million), Bloomberg reported. The Chinese tech giant raised CNY10 billion (USD1.4 billion) from its first offshore yuan bond issuance in Hong Kong in March.
