Infini Capital will provide Ubtech Robotics a USD1 billion financing credit via its fund, the Chinese humanoid robots maker said yesterday, citing a deal the pair inked. The investment firm also aims to own no more than 5% of Ubtech's shares and help it expand in the Middle East by setting up a JV.
