The number of EV charging facilities in China reached nearly 17.3 million units at the end of August, a 53.5% jump from a year earlier, according to the National Energy Administration. The number of public charging facilities surged 37.8% to 4.32 million, while the number of private ones soared 59.6% to 13 million.
