Shanghai's education watchdog said it will take a week to release the results of a probe conducted by the city's market regulator and two quality inspection institutes into shrimp and scrambled eggs that allegedly went bad. Parents complained about the food quality of their kids' lunches provided by Shanghai GreenExpress Foods, a food contractor covering more than 500 local primary and middle schools.
