(Yicai Global) October 26 -- Chinese in vitro diagnostics firm Beijing Strong Biotechnologies will partner with French reagent company EliTech Group to expand to the global market with the latter's sales channels.

Strong Biotechnologies and EliTech inked a cooperation agreement, the Chinese firm said in a statement yesterday, without disclosing the financials of the deal.

Strong Biotechnologies will supply the Puteaux-based company with reagents that the French firm will sell abroad. The parties will also discuss the possibility of establishing a joint venture and other collaboration projects in the future.

EliTech's product portfolio is highly complementary to that of Strong Biotechnologies, which is the basis for partnership, the Chinese firm added.
