(Yicai Global) Sept. 25 -- China Eastern Airlines Corp. [SHA:600115] has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China's second largest insurer Ping An Insurance Co. of China Ltd. [SHA:601318] and state-owned conglomerate China Merchants Group Co.,  China's State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission reported on Sept. 25.

Ping An will work with China Eastern on its mixed ownership reform, travel and tourism services, insurance, finance, customer resources, marketing, new technology, cloud ecology, real estate and operations.

China Eastern and China Merchants Group will cooperate in travel and tourism services, community and park development, financial leasing, insurance, industrial funds, integrated logistics and brand promotion.
