(Yicai) Feb.23 - China's Ministry of Commerce said today that it has noted the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling against the U.S. government's tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), and is conducting a comprehensive assessment of its relevant content and impact.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Feb. 20 that the U.S. government's imposition of tariffs on trading partners under the IEEPA is illegal.
