(Yicai Global) Aug. 30 -- China's mainland stock markets opened steady on Wednesday, while three major indexes opened slightly lower.
The Shanghai Composite Index started the session today down 0.10 percent at 3361.82 points after closing at 3,365.23 points yesterday.
The Shenzhen Component Index was steady at 10762.24 points compared with yesterday's close at 10762.37 points.
The Growth Enterprise Index slipped 0.05 percent to 1,830.70 points from 1,831.59 points it hit at yesterday's close.
The broker stock basket made a recovery, surging 2.81 percent, higher than the sub-new stock sector's 2.21 percent rise by 10:10 a.m. Stocks relating to the sold and rented housing parity soared 1.8 percent.
