(Yicai Global) Aug. 1 -- Chinese chemical firm Rianlon Corp. [SHE:300596] will invest USD298 million (CNY2 billion) in Zhuhai, Guangdong to build an aging-resistant polymer agents project and expand the capacity of its main business.

Rianlon said yesterday that it has signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee for its planned investment. The committee will provide 200,000 square meters of industrial land and relevant supporting facilities for the scheme.

Rianlon said that once completed, the facility will greatly improve its global market supply capacity.

Rianlon researches and develops high-tech and innovative polymer additives and mainly produces chemicals such as aging-resistant agents and light stabilizer.
