(Yicai Global) Feb. 22 -- Chinese smart manufacturing software developer Black Lake Technologies has completed its almost CNY500 million (USD77.1 million) Series C round of financing, led by Singapore’s state investment company Temasek Holdings.

Private equity fund Huaxing Growth Capital, venture capital firm Lightspeed China Partners, as well as existing shareholders such as GSR Ventures, BAI Capital, GGV Capital and ZhenFund also participated in the software-as-a-service firm's latest funding, the Shanghai-based company said in a statement on its WeChat account today.

Founded in 2016, Black Lake develops manufacturing execution systems to help companies optimize production with SAP, Siemens, and Honeywell International as some of its largest rivals. The firm has served nearly 2,000 corporate clients in China and Southeast Asia, covering almost 20 industrial segments since October 2018.
