(Yicai Global) May 21 -- China's most important political events of the year, the Two Sessions, will be kicked off today after a press conference that was organized online amid Covid-19 social distancing measures.

The third session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held the press conference yesterday before the top political advisory body's annual session.

Guo Weimin, spokesperson for the third session of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC, took journalists' questions through a video call.
