By integrating member enterprises' global top-notch IT products, technology and solutions, the alliance partners with the Export-Import Bank of China, China Development Bank and China Export & Credit Insurance Corp. to offer world-class integrated technology solutions and financing support to participating countries, in in the fields of database + cloud services, smart finance, smart family, smart taxation and smart city. The alliance first tapped into Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Tanzania, Zambia, Kenya and other countries in South Asia and Africa to set up a series of model projects to prepare for its full future presence in participating countries.

The alliance also offers both development and maintenance services with overall operating services that include data center maintenance, application development, operation services. This will not only liquidize information resources, but also facilitate the enhancement of soft power in the participating countries in the form of talents and technology.
