(Yicai Global) Nov. 27 -- Global Scanner Ltd., an e-commerce platform based in China's eastern Zhejiang province, and Australia's natural health brand Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd., have agreed an agreement to expand online sales channels. In the future, Swisse will further integrate into the Chinese market, tech media TechWeb reported.
The two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation related to customer research before the launch of Swisse products, new product planning, and marketing, Global Scanner chief executive Li Xiao said.
In the coming years, Swisse will expand its presence in the Chinese market to include both online and offline channels and plans to bring more new products to the Chinese market, said Justin Howden, head of government relations and industrial development at Swisse.
Global Scanner officially started operations in April last year and has since cooperated with many global brands. Sales of Swisse nutritional products have led Global Scanner's health and nourishment category, far exceeding similar brands and becoming the most popular nutrition brand on the platform.
