(Yicai) Sept. 4 -- Some 125 planes developed by the Aviation Industry Corporation of China flew during a grand ceremony commemorating the country's 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, with the J-35 stealth jet and many other aircraft making their first appearances.
Early warning command aircraft, fighter jets, bombers, transport aircraft, and others were among the 29 fighter plane models to participate in the military parade early yesterday. They showed the combat capabilities of China's navy, army, and air force, such as early warning command, strategic delivery, and counter-strike.
The aviation equipment on parade covers the main air force of the Chinese military's joint operations, AVIC pointed out.
The new Y-20A and Y-20B multi-purpose transport aircraft, equipped with China-made engines with an extended range, great loading capacity, and capable of achieving high speeds, also participated in the parade.
