(Yicai Global) Nov. 18 -- The People's Bank of China withdrew CNY50 billion (USD7.6 billion) from the country's financial system, following another pullback of CNY70 billion yesterday.

The central bank conducted seven-day reverse repos of CNY100 billion with an interest rate of 2.20 percent today. Meanwhile, some CNY150 billion worth of previous ones matured.

The banking system's liquidity has been increasing as the PBOC extended CNY800 billion in medium-term lending facility loans on Nov. 16, covering CNY600 billion of previous ones due this month.
